My journey began when I was a mother of five children on a Kentucky farm.  As a farm mother, I faced many challenges and soon realized that creating independence in young children was a lifetime goal.   As a result of raising a large family,  I began to realize how I had created high self-esteem in my children.  The lessons I learned through a strong work ethic and creative parenting proved to be invaluable. I had learned what creates confidence and a strong personality.  In 1995, I graduated from University of Kentucky with two Masters. Since that time, I have set up six parenting programs in the Mental Health Clinics and foster Care Agency. In 2004, after working with hundreds of foster parents, I began to see the great need for a Specific type of parenting program for the highly willful and deviant teens.

When everyone had given up on this teenager, I wouldn’t. As a result of this decision, I purchased a program in memory of this teenager. Since then, I was asked by the owner of this agency to train parents in four offices. I found my mission and that is to reach any parent who has unruly, deviant, or unmanageable children or youth.

I have been known for being tenacious, tough minded, and a non-quitter. I feel that there is a great need to restore back respect and dignity in families and in relationships across this country. I am a free-spirited and spiritual person who has a mission of working with parents who struggle and lack the ability to break through their parenting difficulties. Parents who know me know I won’t quit until the defiant behavior is under control. I believe I have a strong passion for people which was embedded in me many years ago in a bedrock belief in God.

Five years ago,  I felt a true calling to start a parenting business. I have worked with several other parenting programs and have worked in California with Dept. of Corrections, the Superintendent of  Schools with the youth who are heading for being a gang member.

I have worked as a clinical therapist and parent trainer for fourteen years. As a entrepreneur I am wanting to learn the latest trends in Marketing and providing a service for families.
